Here at Hey, we begin a project by creating buyer personas to learn what can benefit our client’s customers most. With the use of targeting audiences, SEO is all about connecting people to an answer from relevant brands. By creating persona profiles, we are able to achieve these connections and familiarize ourselves with the human side of SEO, opposed to the search engine algorithm side.
