Why Generation Z Wants Only Perfect Customer Service
We’ve heard a lot of talk about millennials and their impact on society and their roles as consumers. Now, we’re beginning to hear about the next generation, Generation Z. With over 23 million people grouped into this age category, they’re another generation challenging marketers to come up with new and interesting ways to engage them. Millennials have paved the way for Generation Z in the quest for immaculate service.
All the different cohorts can be very dividing in today’s world. In some ways, we may consider Gen Z as different from ourselves; with opportunities, traits, and habits that did not exist before. But in actuality, we aren’t that different. Many people, regardless of generation, want convenience and personable interactions. Customer service is one element a brand can offer that almost everyone will appreciate, not just Gen Z.
